How long does it take for an order to arrive?

SWEET PANAME ships its products with CTT Expresso in Portugal and uses various partners for international deliveries — UPS, DHL, and DPD. Each shipment is accompanied by an invoice. It is expected that your order will be delivered according to the following timeframes:
- 3 to 5 business days in mainland Portugal;
- 3 to 8 days for international deliveries.
Delivery times are indicative and thus valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses or unforeseen issues).

During promotions, Black Friday, and other high-demand periods, orders may experience slight delays in processing.
Your tracking number will be provided via email, so you can track your order at www.ctt.pt or on the websites of the respective partners (for international shipments). You can also check the status of your order in your Customer Area.

What are the shipping costs for an order?

The shipping cost, in addition to the price of the purchased products, is calculated automatically at checkout depending on order weight and shipping country. Shipping is free on all orders over €111 for Portugal and Spain, and over €199 for other countries we ship to. SWEET PANAME is not responsible for any additional costs arising from customs or local taxes associated with any delivery.

To which countries does Sweet Paname ship?

Currently, Sweet Paname ships to the following countries/regions: Portugal, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom, Andorra, Finland, Greenland, Guernsey (UK), Faroe Islands, Iceland, Jersey (UK), Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Check if the package is in perfect condition.
In case of non-compliance (e.g., package showing signs of tampering), you should refuse the delivery. SWEET PANAME regrets any inconvenience caused, but these measures must be taken to protect customers from potential fraud.

How can I return or exchange my order?

If the product does not meet your expectations or has visible defects, you have a 30-day period (from the delivery date of the order) to easily make an exchange or return with SWEET PANAME. Simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • In the “Orders” menu, select “Request Return.”
  • Fill out the form and confirm your return intention.
  • Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and wrapped package, along with the duplicate invoice, and send to:

    For exchanges or returns, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
    SWEET PANAME accepts exchanges or returns provided that the items:
  • Have not been used or show signs of use;
  • Have the original tag and box;
  • Are in perfect condition for sale, respecting the condition in which they arrived to the end customer.

Returns must always be made by mail, following the steps described above.

How does the refund process work for my return?

In case of return, the customer is refunded for the value of the item(s) preferably using the same payment method used, excluding shipping costs. Depending on the payment method used, we may need your banking information to process the refund. This request will be sent by email, so the client should ensure that information is up-to-date for SWEET PANAME to process the refund.
SWEET PANAME is committed to refunding the customer within 5 business days from the arrival of the returned item.

How does registration on sweetpaname.com work?

Our registration process is very simple:

  • Access the Profile icon, available in the menu
  • Enter the email you wish to register with
  • We will send you a 6-digit code to log in

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes. You don’t need to create a prior account to place an order on sweetpaname.com. Once you place an order, an account will be created using the email associated with it. To log in, simply follow these steps:

  • Access the Profile icon, available in the menu
  • Enter the email you wish to use for the account
  • We will send you a 6-digit code to log in
